KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — In a story May 1 about the murder trial of William Riley Gaul, The Associated Press reported erroneously that both sides agree that shots were fired through his ex-girlfriend's bedroom window. The prosecutor and defense attorney agree that Gaul fired the shots into her bedroom from outside her house.
